Lucky Red Fishing
Book your next trip with Lucky Red Fishing and find out what makes fishing in Galveston so unique.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and who knows what else!
On these trips, you can expect to drift or anchor while using light tackle.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy.
You’ll be dropping lines from a 2022 22’ Majek Extreme bay boat that can comfortably carry up to 3 passengers. A 4th passenger is possible but will need to be approved by the Capt. The boat has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Greg has rods, reels, and tackle for you. Live bait will be provided.
Before coming aboard, it is required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunblock, sunglasses, and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Lucky Red Fishing.
