Species like Salmon, Rockfish, Black Rockfish, Coho Salmon, Lingcod, Chinook Salmon, Pink Salmon, Halibut, Squid, and more are in the cards if conditions are right.

On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are also a good idea!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 26’ Aluminum fishing with a capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don’t leave home without sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
